These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FollowFit mobile application (“App”), operated by FollowFit Technology Limited (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

1. Use of the App

c. Termination

3. Health Disclaimer

The App provides fitness-related content and tools but is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Consult your healthcare provider before starting any fitness program.
• You acknowledge that your use of the App is at your own risk.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

a. In-App Purchases

Certain features or services in the App may require payment. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

b. Subscription Terms

If the App offers subscriptions, they will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

c. Billing and Payment

You authorize us or our payment processors to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials in the App are owned by FollowFit Technology Limited or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability for any claims related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your data. By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms
